The beachfront building is in Miami Beach and minutes to everything in the city. It is located on Millionaires Row and 20 minutes from MIA International Airport.


The space
Luxurious newly renovated one bedroom loft with a beautiful view of the ocean, from every level. It includes a private 2-story veranda and a full kitchen with marble countertops, equipped with everything needed for your convenience (toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee machine)

The spacious living room has a queen size sofa bed along with other comfortable seating and spectacular 14 ft bookcase with TV. Guests will enjoy a powder room on the first level as well as ample closet space.

On the second floor you will find a bedroom with a king size bed that overlooks the picturesque turquoise ocean. There is a makeup table and chair that can also be used as a desk. You will find a TV as well as a wardrobe closet in the room. A full bathroom with a shower and additional closet space are yours to enjoy.

Linens, towels, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board as well as beach towels are stocked in the unit for your convenience.

For your ocean front living you will love the balcony which leads down to a large veranda with two lounge chairs, outdoor couch, other seating, and a table for your enjoyment.

The building is centrally located and includes over 11 washer/dryers, swimming pool, free valet parking, gym, tennis court, security, and small convenience stores on the bottom floor. There is a beauitful beachfront running/ walking path in front of the building.


Guest access
The apartment is located on the mezzanine (M), accessible by elevator and a private staircase entrance from the lobby. This is a condo hotel where every unit is different in size, condition and has a different owner, therefore do not assume every unit is the same.


Other things to note
Please no parties and loud music after 10PM, no smoking/vaping inside the apartment and NO Marijuana inside or outside! At this time a maximum of 2 adults is set however, if there are kids with the parents coming, please let us know and you can have more people in the unit.
